Founder Lance Hoch served as Project Manager for Desert Green Turf and created Pro Playing Surfaces (@proplayingsurfaces / @LanceProSurface) to document professional sports-turf work. His background includes stadium and collegiate-field renovation, irrigation, natural and synthetic turf systems, infill placement, precision grading, championship field graphics and high-tolerance finish work.
Lance is also one of a small number of regional professionals trusted to shape golf greens. His experience includes numerous complete 18-hole green renovations and regrades—specialized knowledge he now applies to natural-grass greens and custom artificial-turf putting greens.
Lake Shore Construction brings that playing-surface discipline to Moses Lake properties, combining it with excavation, drainage, retaining walls, concrete preparation, decks and exterior structures.
